For each customer, 24x7 access is guaranteed for 2 nominated persons. Appropriate ID cards will be issued, by stc Bahrain, for those 2 authorized persons. Access for non-authorized persons, requires pre-approved access permit.

The power supply to your equipment is not at risk as each rack is equipped with dual PDUs (Power Distribution Units) individually powered.

The facility is designed with a number of security features to provide equipment with maximum protection. These features include restricted access policy, key code racks, logging record, CCTV monitoring, and 24x7 physical security.

No specific restrictions, however all equipment should comply with Kingdom of Bahrain's applicable laws and regulations.

Yes, in addition to the default power available in each rack, additional power add-ons are available for purchase at any time.

Yes, stc DataCenter provide options for ¼ rack (10U) and ½ rack (20U).

Our data center has as much Internet and MPLS bandwidth as your business may need to keep your operations up to speed. Connectivity to any rented rack is restricted to the connectivity services offered by stc Bahrain.
