The trade-in value has to be utilized in purchasing a new device in our shop at the time of your trade-in.

No. All trades are final. The device can't be returned to you at any time after you've traded it in.

We can only do one device for each trade-in.

To make sure your personal info is protected, here's what you should do before trading-in your device:

Back it up: Back up any personal info that you want to keep, like contacts, emails, documents, pictures, videos and music. The device can't be returned to you after trade up.

Remove your memory cards: If you have one, remove your memory card.

Reset your device: Delete all your personal info by resetting your device to the factory default settings.

Charge battery: Make sure the battery is charged so that we can check your device out in the store.

No, in order to get the free 3GB data (1GB data every month, for 3 months), customers need to send an SMS with the word “yes “ to 81100  from their stc line.

Yes, the promotion is valid for all the prepaid and postpaid voice and broadband lines registered under your CPR i.e. when customers register any of their existing lines, then automatically all other lines under that CPR will be eligible for the promotion.

The promotion will be available until 15th January 2018.

Once customers  SMS  “yes “ to 81100  from their line, the free 3GB data is provided the following way:

 

  • Prepaid Voice & Broadband:- 1 GB for 30 days, from the day of activation (total 3GB, for 90 days).

 

  • Postpaid Voice & Broadband:-  1 GB for each bill cycle, from the day of activation (total 3GB, for 3 months of bill cycle).
