All apps and games related offers will be posted inside the “Events” page. Keep checking this page frequently or click on the genie at the bottom right corner of the app to get the information on all the latest offers and promos.

The customer should buy the recharge voucher according to the below table to be able to buy the corresponding WAKTI credit.

If a customer have any billing related dispute and calls the Customer Care team asking for refund, we will follow the below steps:

• Customer Care team will raise a TT for the customer
• We will check with the vendor and check if the customer is eligible for refund
• If the user has a valid case, the customer will be refunded and If not, we will mention the reason and close the TT

But kindly note that we can’t offer refunds if the customer just didn’t like the goods or it didn’t meet his expectations.

Telly Plus is a subscription video streaming service (SVOD). The service offers a huge library of Hollywood, Arabic and Kids content to be watched online

1. Via SMS :

   • Send ON to 98715
   • You’ll receive an SMS with a link. Click on the link within the message to get directed to a registration webpage
   • Press “Get Telly Plus”
   • Enter a user name, email and password to create your Telly Plus account and click “Register“
   • Upon successful registration, you can use the web access or download the application, enter your credentials and you are ready to go

2. Via Web :

   • Go to www.telly.com
   • Select from the menu “Get Telly Plus”
   • Enter a user name, email and password to create your Telly Plus account and click “Register“
   • You will be directed to payment page –select stc
   • Enter your stc mobile number
   • You will receive a validation PIN via SMS , enter it on the web
   • Once successfully registered, you will be ready to use Telly Plus
