stc Rewards is a free, point based loyalty program for consumers, where points are collected based on usage, bill payment and subscription to other services.
Subscription to stc Rewards is easy and can be done by:
- By SMS, send Rewards to 98833, or
- By dialling *98833# from your mobile, or
- By SMS: Send the word points to 98833, or
- By dialling *98833*1# from your mobile
The rewards points are classified as follows:
| Levels | Level points required |
|---|---|
| Bronze | Less than 120 |
| Silver | From 121 to 299 |
| Gold | From 300 to 599 |
| Elite* | More than 600 |
| Levels | Benefits |
|---|---|
| Bronze | Earn 1 point for each BD1 spent |
| Silver | From 121 to 240 |
| Gold | To earn 1.5 points for each BD1 spent |
No, points cannot be transferred.

- Rewards Points are valid for 2 years from accumulation date
- Tiers or Level points are valid for 1 year
- Points will not be awarded to lines that have been disconnected
- Points cannot be transferred to another line or user
- Prepaid subscriptions: 48 hours after using stc services
- Postpaid products: The points are credited 48 hours after bill payment
In order to move to higher tier, you should accumulate a certain number of points as shown in table below: 1 BD = 1 point for all tiers.
