For stc Prepaid, 500 fils/week.

Note that:

• The add-on monthly fee; will be pro-rated when first activated. For example, if you activate the add-on in the middle of the month you will only pay for the remaining 15 days of the month.
• For Prepaid, the Weekly fee (500 fils) will be deducted from your credit on weekly basis.

For stc Prepaid, you will be charged for the entire week if you unsubscribe in the middle of the week.

Yes. Each add-on has an associated monthly fee.

No, you can activate the same add-on once during one bill cycle for stc Postpaid and once weekly for stc Prepaid.

For Postpaid it will be automatically renewed each month. For Prepaid, it be renewed every 7 days and you will receive a message to confirm their subscription renewal.

Yes, if you are a stc Prepaid subscriber, you will be notified prior to renewal date. Please ensure that you have enough balance in your account.

On the renewal day you will need to ensure that you have enough credit in your account. If you don’t, once you top up your account, the add-on will be activated automatically and the “Unlimited SMS” weekly fee will be deducted. The add-on will be activated automatically for 1 week on said day (recharge day) and renewal will be 7 days prior to this new activation.
