For Postpaid subscribers it will be automatically renewed each month. For Prepaid, it be renewed every 7 days and you will receive a message to confirm the subscription renewal.

On the renewal day you will need to ensure that you have enough credit in your account. If you don’t, once you top up your account, the add-on will be activated automatically and the “Unlimited SMS” weekly fee will be deducted. The add-on will be activated automatically for 1 week on said day (recharge day) and renewal will be 7 days prior to this new activation.

Since you have already paid for the entire week (7 days), you will keep benefiting from the “3 for free” add-on until the end of the same week.

You can subscribe through different available channels: • Any stc store • SMS • USSD

The add-on can be added at any time via stc stores, self care, SMS or USSD. It will take effect immediately once the add-on is activated.
