These are two services that allows you to know who called you when your mobile was either switched off, out of coverage, busy or unconditionally diverted (the last two scenarios apply to MCN+ only).
MCN will be activated by default for on all stc Postpaid and Prepaid lines.
stc Postpaid and Prepaid subscribers are eligible to subscribe to MCN+ at the charge of 800 fils per month.
You can subscribe via the following channels: 1. By calling 124 and following the instructions, or 2. Sending *180# from your mobile, or 3. At a stc store
• MCN allows you to divert calls to the Missed Call Alert application/ receive missed call notifications when your mobile phone is switched off or out of reach. • MCN+ allows you to divert calls to the Missed Call Alert application/ receive missed call notifications when your mobile phone is switched off or out of reach, busy or simply when you (unconditionally to 180) divert all calls.
By diverting calls to 123 or 180 by: 1. From your phone: Accessing menu/settings/call divert/unreachable/or Busy/or Unconditional (all calls)/and then entering - for MCN: 123 or +973 33 124123 - for MCN+ : 180 or 00973 33124180 2. Using the following code for MCN+: a) Unreachable: dial *62*180# then press Send b) Busy: dial *67*180# then press Send c) Unconditional (all calls): dial *21*180# then press Send
For MCN: by dialling #123# and pressing Send, by calling 124 or by visiting a stc store. For MCN+: by dialling #180# and pressing Send, by calling 124 or by visiting a stc store.

No subscription is required. This service is activated by default on your SIM card.
