stc Postpaid subscribers can activate Family & Friends in the following ways:

-          USSD: Typing *125*3# and pressing Send

-          SMS:  sending activate FF3 in an SMS to 125

-          Calling 124 and going to the “products, services  and plans” section by pressing 1 then going to “Family and Friends” section by pressing 2

-          Calling 124 and talking to a Customer Care Representative

 

You can modify your Family & Friends list using the following channels:

-          USSD command

-          SMS command

-          The Self Care portal on stc.com.bh

-          Calling 124 (IVR)

-          Talking to a Customer Care Representative

 

  • Type *125*3# and Send.
  • Send “activate FF3” by SMS to 125.
  • Call 124 and follow the instructions.
  • Call 124 and ask a Customer Care Representative to activate the service.

 

  • To add a number: *125*1*number#
  • To modify a number: *125*1*old_number*new_number#
  • To query Family and Friends list: Send “inquire FF” by SMS to 125
  • Call 124 and follow the instructions to manage Family and Friends list
  • Call 124 and ask a Customer Care Representative to modify the list

  • Send “deactivate FF3” by SMS to 125.
  • Call 124 and follow the instructions to deactivate stc Family and Friends.
  • Call 124 and ask a customer service representative to deactivate stc Family and Friends.

 

Using the following channels:

1.       SMS: by sending and SMS with inquire FF to 125

2.       Self-care: by logging into the self-care portal on the stc website and going to the Family and Friends section.

3.       124: by calling 124, going to the Family and Friends section and following the instructions.

4.       By talking to a Customer Care Representative via calling 124

 

                You may unsubscribe from Family & Friends in the following ways:

1.       SMS: by sending and SMS with deactivate FF3 to 125

2.       Self-care: by logging into the self-care portal on the stc website and going to the Family and Friends section.

3.       124: by calling 124, going to the Family and Friends section and following the instructions.

4.       By talking to a Customer Care Representative via calling 124

 

By sending an SMS with F to 88100

 

By sending an SMS with OFF to 88100
