Yes, Each roaming add-on will have its own data allowance and validity.

Any usage beyond the data allowance and/or validity period will be charged as per normal roaming rates, if not subscribed again. Additionally:

  • These services are only applicable while roaming in selected networks.
  • Roaming usages in other operators will be charged as per normal roaming rates.
  • stc Prepaid customers can recharge their lines by:
    • Using stc Prepaid vouchers
    • Using stc SAWA recharge vouchers while being in Saudi Arabia.
    • Using stc Kuwait recharge vouchers while being in Kuwait.
  • Subscription fee to be paid once, and lasts for:
    • 1 day + 23:59 (Bahrain Time) in case of 1-day data add-on
    • 2 days + 23:59 (Bahrain Time) in case of 2-days data add-ons.
    • 6 days + 23:59 (Bahrain Time) in case of one-week data add-on.
    • 13 days + 23:59 (Bahrain Time) in case of two-weeks data add-on.

Each roaming add-on has its own data allowance and validity. The add-ons shall be consumed in the same sequence as purchased.

  • Data roaming usage exceeding the allocated data allowance shall be charged as normal roaming rates when the data roaming access is unblocked within the validity.
  • Data roaming usage beyond the validity period will be charged as normal roaming rates, if not subscribed again.
  • Data roaming usage made in non-participating network shall be charged as normal roaming rates.
  • Subscription fee to be paid once, and lasts for 29 days + 23:59 (Bahrain Time) for both (1 GB) & (3 GB) add-on.
  • No automatic renewal and no proration.

For GCC Addons, the data will not get blocked.

For the Global data add-ons if the allowance is fully consumed, the access to data roaming is blocked within the Global data add-on’s countries until the add-on validity is expired (The data access in non-participating countries shall remain unblocked).

  • When the Global data add-on validity is expired, OR
  • When customer moves to a non-participating country (a country where the Global data add-ons are not offered).
  • Blocking doesn’t apply when the Global data add-on’s allowance is already consumed and the customer is roaming in a non-participated country (a country where the Global data add-ons are not offered).
