Dynamic IP address assigns a different IP address each time customer connects to the Internet. This comes by default with the connection and is not charged.
A static IP address is one that doesn’t change and can be used for web servers or any other applications. Customers can apply to get a Static IP and this will be charged depending on the business broadband plan.

After the consumption of the off-net minutes bundled within your business in-a-box plan the following will be charged:

• Calls generated from Fixed lines (Telephone and Fax): Calls to other fixed networks will be charged 7fils/min & Calls to other mobile networks at only 14fils/min.

• Calls generated from Mobile line: Calls to other fixed networks & Calls to other mobile networks will be charged 35fils/min.

If the customer wants to terminate the business in-a-box basic or business in-a-box basic Plus, than all the lines under the plan will be automatically terminated.

Terminations fee will be applied based on the below formula:-

Yes. These add-ons are auto-renewed customers will need to deactivate or else they will be charged on monthly basis.

Customer can provision multiple in-a-box add-ons at the same time. But he/she can’t provision the same add-on at the same time.
