Please note that the speed depends on various factors like number speed capability of the device you have, number of users at given point of time, and distance from the site. You will receive 4 SMS notifications on broadband MSISDN on consuming 20, 50, 80 & 100 percentage of you data. You can also check your data usage by sending an SMS with the message “BAL” to 98888 or by calling 124.

You can recharge your connection using any of the following options: • Dashboard: You will find “Recharge and Check Balance” tab on your dashboard if you are using the broadband service through a device. Just cclick on this and enter your recharge code. • Online: 1) Visit stc.com.bh 2) Click on register now & enter your stc Broadband number. 3) You will receive a pin code via SMS on your stc Broadband number. (SMS can be read on your dashboard or if you are using data SIM on your mobile then you will receive the SMS on mobile). 4) Once registered, login using your stc Broadband number & password. 5) Click on my payments. 6) Click on Top Up. 7) Enter the amount you would like to top up with, then click on “Continue” and choose the method of refill. • Broadband SIM if used on mobiles can be refilled by dialing *100* followed by the recharge code and the # sign (e.g. *100*xxxxxxxxxxxx#), then click “Send”. • Kiosk: Enter your stc Broadband MSISDN, follow the on screen instructions, and choose the desired refill voucher.
