You will be charged as per the GPRS roaming charge for browsing stc Land.

There are no charges for changing the channel – you can access all channels under one subscription.

It may be due to one of the following reasons: 1. You may be trying to view a channel through a bookmarked link. 2. You may have waited more than 3 minutes to select a channel after entering the stc TV WAP Page. 3. The access point in the media player might have been changed. 4. You might be in a poor 3G coverage area. 5. You might have changed your mobile handset. 6. You might have changed the network settings in your mobile. 7. The access point for the 3G connection might have been changed.

You may watch stc TV on any 3G enabled handset that support streaming. You can access it across Bahrain in 3G enabled areas. To know whether your phone is 3G enabled, please refer to your handset manual.

Your mobile type is described on the panel behind the battery, if you remove the battery you will be able to read it.

If your 3G enabled mobile handsets can display the “Subscribe” tab in the stc TV WAP page, it can support stc TV.

If the handset is 3G enabled and has the required streaming settings, you will be able to.

Any stc Postpaid or stc Prepaid subscriber.

If your subscription is active you will be able to watch the channels even on low credit, as long as it is within the subscription period.

Certain 3G handsets are unable to display stc TV’s streaming videos. You must have a “stc WAP” as an access point in your media player.
