You can use multiple email clients for stc Email services. Most well-known clients are Microsoft Outlook, Windows Mail, or Mac Mail.

The platform supports POP3, IMAP4, SMTP and Webmail for accessing your emails.

You can use stc Business Email with the Apple iPhone, Windows Mobile and Android Smartphones.

The combined size of attachments within an email can be 50 MB per email being sent. This can be one attachment with up to 50MB or it can me multiple attachments with 50MB in total size.

No termination fees will apply. You will be able to deactivate at any time.

When using stc Email Services with your own existing domain, please set MX record as listed below:

You can easily change your email password by opening the webmail at https://webmail.stc.bh and going to the Preferences menu. There you can change your password in the section Sign In.

stc is responsible for the solution’s end-to-end support. Our support includes free-of-charge professional services, to assist the customer while migrating to the cloud.
Support is provided at zero cost and is based-on trouble tickets.

stc is responsible for regular OS updates and upgrades, which will be provided free-of-charge.
